Our Story: The Birth
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional workforce was exposed as a fundamentally flawed and often toxic environment for families. The push for employees to return to physical offices, the lack of flexibility in work hours, and the rising rates of burnout painted a stark picture of a system that desperately needed change. It was during this tumultuous time that three dedicated professionals came together with a vision to transform the corporate landscape and create a more supportive environment for working families.
David Marie Consulting was founded by three women with over a decade of experience in human resources management, operational management, professional training and development, and financial advising. We saw an opportunity to pool our expertise and make a meaningful impact on the business world, while simultaneously addressing the critical need for balance in the lives of working families.

Community Impact
David Marie Consulting has established a fund to provide grants and scholarships to local teachers and students. The allocated funds for teachers can be used in the classroom supplies, professional development, or educational resources that enhance the learning experience. The funds for the students will help with them getting personal technology, school supplies, and educational resources. We also provide scholarships to students who display academic and community excellence for them to attend private schools.
